The Founder's Story
Steve McRae knows what it means to have life rewrite your script. In 2016, he became a victim of gun violence — an event that left him paralyzed but refused to leave him defeated. From a wheelchair, Steve built a new mission: LOVE & LIFE DESIGN, a framework that teaches young people how to design their lives before the streets design them first.
Steve doesn't speak at youth — he sits with them, shares his scars, and proves that your worst day does not get the final word. The All-Nets Foundation is his answer to the question every survivor asks:
“How do I make sure this doesn't happen to the next kid?”
